Technology sometimes creates weird circumstances.

My mom decided to keep my Dad’s cell-phone number after he passed. So, under some circumstances, she would show up as him on my devices. For the last few years, I’ve been delaying a decision about whether to remove his name from my contact list, as if it were some sort of document or talisman. Today, I finally reached that point. It’s been long enough.
