7.6 Billion years is ~13 times as long as it took to get from very early amphibians to humans.<\/p>\n
Modern humans have been around about 2 million years. It’s a very small drop in a 5 gallon in terms of time – approximately. WE could go through JUST that part of the cycle about three thousand eight hundred times in 7.6 BIllion years.<\/p>\n
That’s more than enough time to either wipe ourselves out or find a new home… or spread like a plague across the galaxy. If we’re still here in 7.6 billion years, the fact is that we haven’t @#$ applied ourselves as a species, and deserve whatever the hell fate awaits us. <\/p>\n
