Been slowly working my way through the menu here.
Today’s lunch was the Black n Bleu burger, with fries. I’ve had a few variations on the theme, but this one is top notch. The cheese was a blend of bleu with something that stayed very creamy and melty – not sure if it was a cheese or cheese and cream sauce, but it was a nice balance against the beef – which was also cooked perfectly, nicely sized and had a nice even texture. The roll was firm and slightly buttery, and the lettuce and tomato fresh and crisp.
Dessert was crème brûlée with fresh blueberries and raspberries, also amazingly well done.
